Information we collect

When you submit a contact, advertising review or sign reservation request, we may receive your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website, selected social platforms, public profile links, advertising objectives, and any information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, research publicly available business information to prepare a preliminary assessment where requested, develop quotations, coordinate reservations and provide services you authorize. Sending a form does not authorize us to access private accounts, post to social media or start paid work.

Form delivery and service providers

Our forms currently use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery provider, to transmit submissions to contact@albertaadvertisingcompany.ca. Submissions may be processed by that provider and our email service. Avoid entering passwords, payment card numbers, medical information or other sensitive information into these forms. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical visit information according to its services and policies.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell form submissions or customer contact information. We share information with service providers only as needed to run the website, receive your enquiry or fulfill an approved service. We retain enquiries only as reasonably needed for customer service, business records and applicable legal requirements, then delete them when no longer necessary.

Marketing communications

Submitting a form is not consent to unrelated promotional email campaigns. If you request updates or ongoing marketing messages, we will obtain any consent required by applicable law and provide an unsubscribe method where appropriate.

Your choices and questions

You can request access to or correction or deletion of your submitted information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements, by emailing contact@albertaadvertisingcompany.ca.
